We thought of everything! To return our packaging, we use the Canada Post postal service. This service is already carbon offset or powered by electric vehicles, which means that returning our packaging leaves a minimal carbon footprint. Even better, our packaging takes advantage of the existing postal network. No new routes, no extra trips — everything is optimized!

Our packaging is designed to be small and light. This makes it possible to reduce the environmental impact of their transport. Thanks to their size and lightness, they move easily through the postal network without creating overload. It's both convenient for you and good for the planet!

In addition, if you ever need to return a product, you can reuse your PickPack packaging ! Some of our customers even keep their packaging to send other packages later. It's a simple way to extend the life of packaging and reduce waste even more.
