What email address should I enter?
Make sure to use the same email address that you used when ordering online on our partner's site.
Where is the bag number?
On the PickPack bag you received, there is a bar code. The accompanying series of numbers corresponds to the bag number to be entered in the field provided for this purpose.
What if I can't find the partner in the dropdown list?
It just means that this partner is not yet a part of the PickPack rewards program.
What do I do with the padding, wrapping paper, or anything else I received with my order?
You can keep everything! All you have to do is return the PickPack bag to us. Thanks!
