About the Véro & Louis Foundation
The mission of the Véro & Louis Foundation is to create long-term living environments for autistic adults aged 21 and over, with or without intellectual disabilities. It is a social innovation project supported by various research projects that validate its approach and improve it in real time.
Built according to the best architectural practices listed in the world, Maison Véro & Louis is a long-term accommodation environment offering a physical environment adapted to people with autism. It is also an educational and stimulating environment where adapted and individualized programming is offered daily in order to allow residents to develop their potential and their autonomy throughout their lives.
The challenge: effectively manage a model based on “drops”
For his campaign “Different like you” In the spring of 2025, we had to take on a new challenge: managing a high concentration of traffic over a short period of time, specific to the sales model in Drops of the Foundation. The objective was twofold: to maximize every dollar raised for the cause while providing donors with a smooth, responsible, and engaging shopping experience.
The Foundation was therefore looking for a partner capable of offering a solution. flexible, efficient and in line with its values in addition to being able to support the intensity of a launch while maintaining a high level of quality and impact.
The PickPack solution: circular logistics tailored for high-volume campaigns
In March 2025, PickPack integrated its circular logistics service into the Foundation by adapting its solution specifically to the needs of a high-traffic campaign.
Concretely, we have put in place:

- The production and distribution of a promotional video on social networks
- Optimizing shipments to ensure fast and well-coordinated shipments despite the high volume

In less than 10 days, the campaign generated tangible and inspiring results:
- Over 2200 PickPack packages shipped in less than 1 month
- Average basket Of $88
- Option PickPack at $4.60
- Adoption rate remarkable by 37%!
- No return incentive, but a target return rate of 75%
