Where is the bag number?
On the PickPack bag you received, there is a bar code. The accompanying series of numbers corresponds to the bag number to be entered in the field provided for this purpose.
What if I can't find the partner in the dropdown list?
It just means that this partner is not yet a part of the PickPack rewards program.
What do I do with the padding, wrapping paper, or anything else I received with my order?
You can keep everything! All you have to do is return the PickPack bag to us. Thanks!
