Can I ship with any carrier?
Yes, absolutely. You are free to ship with the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc.).
Do returned PickPacks come back to my warehouse?
No PickPack manages all reverse return logistics.
We receive, inspect and restock your packaging.
What happens if the consumer does not return their PickPack?
What happens if the consumer does not return their PickPack? No financial impact for you. The consumer pays for the PickPack option at the time of purchase on your site.
So you do not cover losses in case of non-return.
How do you seal a PickPack package?
For the bag: affix the transport label to the flap, which will seal the opening.
For the box: place the label on the opening tab.
